Governing Board of Council
Appointed by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Comprises 13 statutory constituent bodies representing the Presidency, FMITI, NAMA, ALCMAN, MAN, SON, RMRDC, and sector stakeholders.

Otunba Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin
Chief Executive Officer responsible for national automotive policy implementation, NAIDP 2023–2033 roadmap execution, clean energy transition, and direct supervision of all council departments and units.

Legal Unit
